Neela Kurinji

Rs. 1,499.00

Inspired by the rare and mystical Neelakurinji flower that blooms once every twelve years in Kerala’s hills, Neelakurinji celebrates uniqueness, fleeting beauty, and quiet wonder. This light purple cotton jute saree captures the dreamy charm of these blooms, offering a touch of magic to your wardrobe.

Handloomed in Kuthampully by skilled artisans, each thread is woven with dedication and artistry passed down through generations. The cotton jute blend makes it soft, airy, and effortless to drape — perfect for moments when you want to feel special yet grounded.

At Reyti, we partner closely with Kuthampully’s weavers to ensure every saree brings you the finest craftsmanship and authentic stories. Neelakurinji isn’t just a saree — it’s an ode to nature’s rarest gifts and the beauty of embracing your own uniqueness.

Drape a bloom that’s truly one of a kind. Drape your story.

Material: Jute Cotton

Washcare Tips
  • Handwash gently in cold water using mild detergent

  • Do not wring, twist, or scrub

  • Dry in shade to preserve color and fabric strength

  • Iron on low to medium heat on the reverse side

  • Avoid machine washing and tumble drying

Notes to Keep in Mind
  • As this is a handloom saree, slight irregularities in weave or texture are natural — and part of what makes each piece unique

  • Some sarees may have tiny spotted markings near the edges — this is how weavers traditionally mark measurements while working on the loom. These gentle traces of the weaving process will fade away with the first wash

  • You may notice a distinct, earthy scent when you unwrap your saree — a gentle reminder of the loom it came from and the hands that crafted it. It’s not a flaw, but a feature of true handmade artistry

  • The colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting

  • For long-term care, dry cleaning once in a while is recommended

  • Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in the reyti cotton jute bag provided, to allow the fabric to breathe
