Where We Ship

We currently ship across India.
International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
Each saree is checked, packed, and prepared with care before dispatch.

Note: Processing may take slightly longer during festive seasons, collection drops, or sale periods — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted courier services such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others — selected based on your location for the fastest and safest delivery.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1299
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to smaller orders
We currently do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery)

Delays & Exceptions

We aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

Weather disruptions
Courier delays
Regional lockdowns or strikes
Incomplete address or unreachable contact number

If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us — we’ll help you track it and make things right.

Address Changes or Delivery Issues

If you need to update your address or phone number, write to us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@reyti.in.
Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.
