Refund policy
At Reyti, each saree is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packed. We take great pride in our quality and authenticity, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.
Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We currently do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

You raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order

Only size or defect-related exchanges are allowed — no change-of-mind returns
Please note: Slight variations in weave, texture, or colour are natural to handloom products and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a genuine defect

Email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@reyti.in

Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or store credit, based on availability
Return Shipping

In case of a valid exchange, we’ll coordinate return pickup wherever possible.

If not serviceable by our courier, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to a given address.

In some cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
Non-returnable Items

Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered

Products bought during sales or special promotions

Gift cards and personalised items
Refunds (If Applicable)
We issue refunds only in exceptional cases such as:

Product unavailable post-order

Duplicate payment

Order cancellation before dispatch (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Beyond this window, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed as products may already be in production or packed.
