  • Minor variations in color, texture, and weave may occur due to the handmade nature of our sarees

  • All products are subject to availability

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as:

  • PayU Payments

  • Shopify Payments

  • UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking

We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw products at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation

  • Acceptance of your order is subject to product availability and successful payment

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India via trusted courier partners

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout and via email

  • Delays due to external circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.) are beyond our control

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds unless in rare, approved cases.
Exchanges are accepted for unused, unwashed products reported within 3 days of delivery.
